The Role
Our main public sector client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Investment Officer. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role where you'll act as a true right-hand support to the CIO, managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management, ensuring effective use of the CIO's time
- Proactive inbox management, drafting responses and prioritising communications
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Managing reporting schedules, actions and follow-ups
- Supporting departmental planning and organisation
- Arranging UK & international travel, accommodation and expenses
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing full administrative and operational support
