Our public sector client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to lead on a high‑profile culture change programme. This role will focus on delivering clear, engaging communications around a major Culture Review, ensuring staff feel informed, supported, and able to contribute as the organisation evolves.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver internal communications plans aligned to a key Culture Review
- Create clear, engaging content across multiple channels (intranet, email, campaigns etc.)
- Partner with senior leaders, supporting them to communicate effectively during change
- Drive two‑way engagement, ensuring staff feel heard and involved
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, from frontline to leadership
- Monitor and evaluate comms activity, using insights to improve impact
- Contribute to shaping a new Internal Communications Strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in internal communications / engagement roles
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience supporting culture change or organisational transformation
- Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering multi‑channel communication campaigns
