Our public sector client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to lead on a high‑profile culture change programme. This role will focus on delivering clear, engaging communications around a major Culture Review, ensuring staff feel informed, supported, and able to contribute as the organisation evolves.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver internal communications plans aligned to a key Culture Review
  • Create clear, engaging content across multiple channels (intranet, email, campaigns etc.)
  • Partner with senior leaders, supporting them to communicate effectively during change
  • Drive two‑way engagement, ensuring staff feel heard and involved
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, from frontline to leadership
  • Monitor and evaluate comms activity, using insights to improve impact
  • Contribute to shaping a new Internal Communications Strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in internal communications / engagement roles
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience supporting culture change or organisational transformation
  • Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering multi‑channel communication campaigns
  • Understanding of how to engage employees and build buy‑in
