About the Role
Our main public sector client is looking for a Resourcing Team Administrator to join a busy and high-profile team supporting public appointments activity. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including Ministerial Private Office and public bodies, supporting the delivery of key appointment processes across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across appointment rounds, including preparing and issuing papers and supporting selection panels.
- Manage timelines, communications, and coordination of recruitment activity.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Organise reasonable adjustments for applicants and manage candidate correspondence.
- Support feedback processes for unsuccessful candidates.
- Liaise with stakeholders across government and public bodies on recruitment campaigns, outreach, and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate records and manage sensitive data in line with standards.
- Track and update statistics and reporting information.
- Support improvement initiatives, guidance updates, and event delivery.
