Are you an experienced Sales/Business Development lead/director within the Public Sector or Central Government market? If so, this could be the role for you. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a leading Consultancy within Public Sector and Central Government.
You will be responsible for driving sales in Business process solutions and Customer Experience such as front office/back-office solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the deals in the CX and BPO areas.
- Working within a warm environment, but sometimes you will need to originate leads.
- Lead teams to scope, design, and develop strategies, proposals, and deals.
- Stakeholder Management.
Who are you?
- Someone with experience and the ability to build relationships with senior C-suite stakeholders and win work.
- Experience selling CX and BPO services to Government or Public sector clients.
- Not looking for someone selling purely IT Networks; NEEDS TO HAVE the above.
- Soft skills; you are someone with a deeper understanding of processes and business processes.
- You are someone who will come in and take on board opportunities and create a high performing team.
- You are someone who will listen to the client and create the solution for them.
