A leading global technology organisation is seeking a visionary Director of Azure Cloud Services to lead its enterprise-wide cloud transformation. This is a senior leadership role with strategic influence over cloud architecture, AI integration, global operations, and managed services. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global Azure cloud strategy aligned with business goals.
- Architect enterprise-grade Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and AI
- Modernise legacy systems and enable cloud-native development.
- Oversee 24/7 global cloud operations ensuring performance and reliability.
- Lead a high-performing global Azure team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive IT leadership, and Azure cloud strategy and operations experience.
- Proven experience managing global cloud environments and distributed teams.
- Expertise in Azure services, cloud architecture, AI/ML, and managed services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with cloud cost optimisation and budgeting.
- Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
