Location: Peterborough, Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) About the Company: We are working with a well-funded start-up who are going through a period of significant growth. With the company’s focus being to maintain their upward curve of growth they are looking to expand their Marketing team to assist this mission. Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to own and transform community engagement strategies through paid media, email marketing, content, website management and events. Helping to manage the company’s marketing agencies you will be leading on strategy across paid channels so need a clear understanding of campaign delivery, budgets and data analysis. As part of this role, working in a small Marketing team, you will also oversee branded events, manage loyalty schemes, and support the marketing team with local advertising. Key Responsibilities: Management across Paid Media channels, including agency management. Creating and running email campaigns from scratch. Develop and execute community engagement strategies. Manage local event sponsorships and branded activities. Support marketing campaigns and content creation. Skills and Qualifications: Ideally you will have experience across both B2B and B2C 2+ years of relevant experience, including paid media, email marketing and agency management. Strong written English and project management skills.
