Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join a leading airport operations team, to play a key role in delivering regulatory, treasury and financial system programmes/projects. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading internal delivery teams and supply chain partners in delivering business strategies, outcomes and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and co-ordination of delivery teams
- Ensure the IT capability required to achieve business priorities is successfully delivered by internal delivery teams and supply chain partners
- Review and agree project delivery plans to support delivery of all aspects required to realise the defined business outcomes
- Work with key stakeholders and partners to understand and define business needs
- Plan and establish appropriate project governance
Requirements
- Experience leading and delivering a portfolio of multiple multimillion pound projects
- Experience delivering projects in highly complex and fast paced environments
- Accountability for all aspects of project delivery including financial management and commercial negotiation
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Treasury transformation, banking or financial services experience
- Managed teams with multiple suppliers
