Overview

We are partnering with a leading retail client undergoing a significant enterprise-wide data transformation programme. As part of this, they are looking for a Data Squad Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate delivery across multiple data squads. This is a senior leadership role focused on ensuring the effective delivery of data products and analytics solutions within a modern cloud data environment (AWS, Databricks, Tableau). The role is non-hands-on technically, with a strong emphasis on delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and agile transformation.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing two cross-functional data squads, ensuring alignment to delivery priorities while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a complex environment. You will play a key role in:
