Job Responsibilities
- As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Master proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies is required.
- Expert proficiency in AI & Data Processes, Data Quality Tools & Methods, Data Taxonomy, and AI & Data Strategy is recommended.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and understand data needs from various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models that align with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices in data modeling.
- Collaborate with data architects to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance team performance.
