We are recruiting for a Data Analyst with Total Rewards experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 12-month contract.

The Role
- Coordinate the pay transparency data collection process
- Perform complex analysis, create summary dashboards and perform modelling, drawing insights to support decision-making
- Act as the first point of contact for data queries
- Support the project team with data analysis & review requests
The Requirements
- Experience in HR, preferably in a Total Rewards function or HR Reporting/Analytics
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify and present insights
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle and model large quantities of data
- Experience working remotely in a global organisation
- Advanced analytics or reporting skills (e.g., PowerBI)
- Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
- Excel experience
