SRG are partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new contract opportunity. Our client is seeking an experienced Project or Programme Lead to support a major multi-year CRM transformation programme. As CRM Programme Lead, you will work with senior stakeholders across business and technology to shape and deliver CRM strategy across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of CRM programme roadmap and global rollout activities
- Partner with Business Technology, commercial teams, and vendors to deliver CRM solutions
- Optimise CRM capabilities to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and consent management
- Oversee testing, implementation, and deployment of CRM solutions across markets
- Drive stakeholder engagement, programme communications, and adoption across user groups
Skills Experience Required
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva CRM)
- Proven track record delivering large-scale CRM projects
