They’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention.

The Role

This is a remote-first opportunity (UK-based only), with monthly meet-ups in London. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things CRM, owning the roadmap, driving strategy, and delivering campaigns that make a real impact. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to build and lead your own team as the function scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading CRM strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle
  • Owning Salesforce and Pardot platforms – this is non-negotiable
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and digital teams to drive engagement and conversion
  • Getting hands-on with data, segmentation, automation, and reporting
