The Role:

Seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to support CRM strategy, drive retention, and audience development across ticketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CRM strategy for venues and ticket agent brands.
  • Drive customer loyalty through data-driven marketing.
  • Manage and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns and oversee marketing content.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns and provide reports.
  • Develop marketing revenue through selling services.
  • Manage CRM systems and support membership schemes.
