Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days office-based, 3 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum

Our client is a leading international live entertainment business, backed by a major investment firm. They focus on new productions, live-streaming content, and providing amazing spaces for live entertainment.
The Role:
Seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to support CRM strategy, drive retention, and audience development across ticketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM strategy for venues and ticket agent brands.
- Drive customer loyalty through data-driven marketing.
- Manage and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and oversee marketing content.
- Analyse marketing campaigns and provide reports.
- Develop marketing revenue through selling services.
- Manage CRM systems and support membership schemes.
About You:
- 12+ months experience with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience delivering excellent customer experience.
- Adaptable, organised, and collaborative.
