Our client is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to support the management and transformation of a large UK-wide commercial property portfolio. Working across approximately 50 branches, you will be responsible for conducting condition surveys, managing repairs and maintenance programmes, overseeing contractors, and delivering refurbishment projects as part of a major Branch Refresh Programme.
Key Requirements
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Proven background delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Landlord & Tenant matters
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
