CONTENT EDITOR - EDINBURGH (HYBRID) - £#removed# PER DAY INSIDE IR35
One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Content Editor to support the migration, review and development of content for a new beta website.
Initial 4-month contract with potential 2-month extension
Edinburgh based with hybrid flex working arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the transfer and development of website content
- Editing and improving content for publication on a new beta website
- Working with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve content quality
- Publishing and maintaining content through CMS platforms
- Applying accessibility standards and content best practice across digital content
- Supporting user-focused content development activities
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Content Editor, Content Designer or similar role
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Demonstrable experience applying WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles and standards
- Experience gathering user feedback and using this to improve content
- Strong editing, proofreading and content development skills
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working within content design environments & Public sector experience
