About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Optimisation Executive to join our dynamic team within the Compliance function. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a range of cross-functional changes within the UK and international markets, ensuring the successful governance of risks, issues, and dependencies across various initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve compliance processes, supporting the delivery of change that impacts the control framework.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions to ensure compliance requirements are documented and governance standards are met.
  • Produce and track regular reports on regulatory changes and their impacts.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies at both programme and project management levels.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions, applying this knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of changes and governance within the Compliance function.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in cross-functional projects.
  • Experience within regulated sectors, preferably the betting and gaming industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster relationships across the organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of UK gambling regulatory requirements.
  • Programme management or process optimisation qualifications.
  • Experience in international gambling markets.
