Compensation Manager – EU Pay Transparency/Gender Pay Gap
We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Gender Pay Gap reporting experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid working with travel to London.
Key Experience Required:
- Experience in gender pay gap reporting (EU and UK)
- Experience managing Global HR / Compensation projects
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative
- PowerBI or advanced reporting
- Degree in HR, business, or related field
