Compensation Advisor
We are currently hiring for a Compensation Advisor with European Gender Pay Gap reporting experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 12 month contract.
Inside IR35
Hybrid- adhoc travel to London office
The Role
- Review and identify enhancements for the updated career framework, including job functions and families
- Develop tools and processes for the effective mapping of colleagues to jobs
- Support calibration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of alignment
- Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders
- Develop governance framework, including tools, processes, and training materials
Experience
- Ability to develop engaging resources for different audiences
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts
