We would need support with the day-to-day communication tasks:
- Taking comms requests and preparing these files for communication and where required translation (translation will be done by the in-house translation team).
- Emails: receiving translated files back and then adding all content to email templates, adding the required recipients to the email, checking formatting and then sending on the agreed date.
- Actions: supporting with the actions preparation process adding files to Retail SharePoint for selected countries.
