I am working with a Major Retailer in the UK that is looking to hire two Commercial Performance Managers to join their high-impact commercial team, driving meaningful value across the business. This goes beyond cost-saving to focus on smart commercial decisions that drive stronger business performance, build sustainable supplier partnerships, maintain fair pricing and high quality and reduce waste by improving efficiency. You’ll play a visible role in shaping how the business trades, with real ownership and cross-functional exposure across the end-to-end retail supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and delivering commercial improvement opportunities across operations and suppliers
  • Partnering and influencing stakeholders across the business
  • Acting as a key connector between internal teams and external partners
  • Turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Supporting range and promotional optimisation to drive value for customers
