My client, a top global company, is currently looking to recruit a CMS Project/Programme Manager with Contenful CMS experience to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful, the CMS Project/Programme Manager will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE.
This role will be part of a programme that is developing a new global CMS. The CMS Project/Programme Manager will need to collaborate with multiple other leads within the programme to develop and manage the rollout and deployment of our client's external marketing sites.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within MarTech Stack and within Marc environments, working with design systems, CMS, multi-market and brand setup. A history and proven experience with stakeholder management and the governance processes within a large organisation would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for releases, testing, and plans for launch of websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to ensure alignment with business goals and programme needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Drive a cross-functional team to develop communications of the program status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure teams are running to the agile mechanism that is operated within the business.
- Work with the reporting tools to ensure the programme is represented correctly to the portfolio and steering committee.
- Experience as a Project/Programme manager, with skills in predominantly Agile programmes.
- Experience of CMS projects and programmes ideally with Contenful CMS or other leading headless CMS.
- Fully Agile and SAFe qualified.
- Experience with large-scale global programmes with multiple workstreams.
- Experience in software deployment, rollout, or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- JIRA experience and awareness of Aha.
- Self-starter that can work effectively with limited management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working within the scaled website estates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
