Lorien is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead a key client programme, overseeing service delivery and stakeholder engagement across RPO and MSP. This is a senior, consultative role with a strong commercial and growth focus ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, leading teams, and improving service performance.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership for client relationship management, delivery performance and account development.
- Lead and develop an on-site account team, driving high performance and service.
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and act as an escalation.
- Ensure delivery against KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement across the service.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities across the account (retention, expansion and new service lines).
- Maintain oversight of commercial performance (financial forecasting / budget awareness).
Location / travel
This role requires regular on-site presence 2-3 days per week, travelling between Coventry and Manchester. Travel between sites is essential.
