Currently looking for a CRM Manager who will take full ownership of CRM strategy and lead nurture activity across the end‑to‑end customer journey, from first engagement through to purchase or rental completion. You will be working with a growing, customer‑centric organisation. The focus is on driving conversion and retention through effective lifecycle CRM and data‑led optimisation. You’ll be the CRM subject‑matter expert in the business, setting the direction and ensuring delivery aligns to commercial outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the CRM contact strategy and lifecycle communications across prospects and customers
  • Building and optimising segmentation, targeted campaigns and automated/triggered journeys
  • Leading the ongoing optimisation and maintenance of Salesforce and Pardot, with full accountability for data accuracy and reliability
  • Tracking and improving performance through dashboards, KPIs and insight‑led optimisation
  • Mapping customer journeys to identify gaps, friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Managing and influencing internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, IT and Data, as well as external CRM and Salesforce partners

  • Confident combining strategy and delivery, from high‑level CRM thinking through to execution
  • Data‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable managing agency partners and CRM budgets
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, data privacy and contact preferences
