Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a ServiceNow Project Manager with global project experience to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. As the ideal candidate you will be an experienced HR ServiceNow Project Manager who can lead and support the deployment of ServiceNow solutions alongside broader HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and brings a strong foundation in HR project delivery combined with hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HR ServiceNow deployment projects, ensuring alignment with global HR transformation objectives.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing HR systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, compliance, and the wider business to manage dependencies and expectations.
- Own and maintain core project documentation including DRAID logs, project plans, and stage gate deliverables.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering HR technology projects, specifically ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules (e.g., Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and operational best practices, with ability to translate them into ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience in matrixed, multinational environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
- PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
