Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team within Business Operations, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements on technology and reporting projects.
In this role, you will be working on a project to design and implement the end-to-end digital fulfilment process for moving retail goods from my client's UK hub into a new Italian hub that will operate on SAP S/4HANA, covering all discovery, process mapping, routes and flows, testing, and preparation for go-live later this year.
You will be involved in but not limited to:
- Partner with Business Functions to translate preliminary business needs into benefits, project scope and objectives, in order to meet strategic organisational goals.
- Support and participate in vendor selection activity by collating the high-level requirements, and scoring criteria and aligning this with business benefit.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops by assimilating existing process content, identifying knowledge gaps, setting up the workshop agendas, identifying participants & creating workshop materials.
- Work at varying levels of detail, ranging from high level discussion at the start of the project, to capturing detailed requirements and working with the testing teams to scope and document test scripts.
- Communicate requirements to enterprise data and information leads, solution leads and development teams working collaboratively to develop solutions.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
- Self-directed and independent worker who can also lead through cross-functional and cross-organisational projects.
- Proven ability to build relationships and partner with management stakeholders within the business and IT.
- Can clearly demonstrate delivering artifacts for each project phase, and link the business value created with the process and system improvement (preferably supported by industry certification).
- Effective use of business modelling techniques: Process and workflow modelling (BPMN experience, preferred).
