Replenishment Planning Assistant – Inside IR35 – 3‑Month Contract – London – Fully onsite

We\’re seeking a Replenishment Planning Assistant to support global planning activities within a leading retail organisation. You\’ll help maintain global replenishment line cards, manage weekly stock flows, and partner with regional teams to optimise availability and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review global replenishment forecasts and support improvements in accuracy.
• Maintain global line cards and ensure adherence to the critical path.
• Partner with regions to identify trading opportunities and support weekly allocations.
• Contribute to long‑range forecasting and seasonal buy processes.
• Support management of the global inventory pool, including size‑level forecasting and stock drops.
• Prepare commercial insights to inform future planning decisions.
• Ensure line card integrity, data accuracy, and alignment with evolving processes.

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience in Planning, Replenishment or Merchandising.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and Excel skills.
• Commercial mindset and confident decision‑making ability.
• Experience with SAP, BRRS or PLM (beneficial but not essential).
