Our global entertainment client is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support within a fast‑paced, corporate environment. This is a critical role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and the confidence to support leaders at C‑suite level. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations while managing complex schedules, high‑level communications, and governance‑related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive PA support to senior executives, including C‑suite stakeholders
- Managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings and travel
- Leading on minute taking for executive and board‑level meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing meeting packs, agendas, and follow‑up actions
- Anticipating executive needs and proactively resolving scheduling or operational challenges
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership within a large corporate environment
- Strong background in minute taking at senior or board level
- Exceptional diary and time‑management skills
- Highly professional, discreet, and confident handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
