We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with strong HR / Compensation experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract. Please note this role is Inside IR35.

The Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering large scale HR projects/programs in a complex global organisation, including projects that span multiple HR COEs simultaneously.
  • Direct experience coordinating with HRIT on systems implementations, integrations, or significant configuration changes.
  • Experience delivering legislative/regulatory projects, particularly with EU and/or worker representatives’ implications beneficial.
  • Compensation program experience: Hands-on project involvement in compensation redesign, salary structure implementation, incentive plan rollouts, or pay equity analyses.
  • Ability to speak credibly with Total Rewards COE on scope, sequencing, and data requirements.
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, audience-appropriate communications for senior HR and business leadership.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, metrics, and using quantitative inputs to inform project decisions and status reporting.
