You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. The team are looking for a Delivery Lead to join their Transformation & Change function to oversee the planning, management, and delivery of a portfolio of transformation initiatives, while championing agile practices across the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Business Agility, and Change to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and the delivery roadmap. You’ll be responsible for driving execution, monitoring delivery health, and ensuring initiatives achieve their intended outcomes.
Main responsibilities:- Lead and deliver a portfolio of transformation initiatives to time, scope, and budget.
- Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements, prioritise work, and identify dependencies or delivery risks.
- Coach teams in agile practices and promote continuous improvement across programmes.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring readiness for BAU transition and benefits realisation.
- Produce high-quality reporting materials for governance forums, providing clear status updates, insights, and escalations.
- Facilitate agile programme processes including PI planning, feature prioritisation, and release coordination.
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office
- Salary up to £95,000 + 17.5% bonus

- Strong background in programme and project delivery, including Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-department programmes with both business and technology elements.
- Tech delivery experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, including vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., Agile Practitioner, MSP) are beneficial.
