We’re supporting on an exciting transformation programme and are looking for a high-calibre Product Change Manager / Transformation Consultant to join the team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting and transformation background who has delivered operational change programmes leveraging AI and automation technologies.
- 3+ years’ consulting / Transformation experience
- Proven ability to implement AI and automation tools into operational programmes
- Experience delivering operational transformation / change initiatives
- Strong focus on value creation and business outcomes
- We’re specifically looking for individuals who have led transformation and operational change programmes, particularly within consulting environments where titles may vary (Associate, Consultant, Engagement Manager, Programme Manager, etc.).
