We are operationalising AI across core business workflows and are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to ensure these capabilities land cleanly and at scale. This is a hands-on execution lead delivery role focused on coordinating AI solutions built in-house or sourced from vendors. You will remove delivery friction for engineering and product teams, manage cross-functional dependencies (Data, Security, Business), and ensure business readiness, UAT, and governance requirements are met.
You will support the rollout of enterprise AI capabilities such as enterprise search, AI copilots, and agentic environments, working closely with technical teams and transformation leads, comms and change management to ensure solutions are adopted and operate safely in production.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in delivery management across digital, data, or product environments
- Recent hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into live business contexts
- Demonstrable AI curiosity: actively experiments with modern AI tools/models, stays current on key capabilities/limits, and can translate this into delivery decisions.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and business teams
- Confidence engaging stakeholders from users through to technical leads and Exec-2 level
- Demonstrated ability to enable self-organising teams; knows when to intervene and when to step back
- Experience removing delivery blockers and managing dependencies in complex organisations
- Practical experience standing up enterprise-scale proofs of concept and moving them into production
- Solid grounding in UAT planning/execution and acceptance criteria for AI or data-driven solutions
- Working knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and data/privacy considerations (including vendor onboarding where relevant)
You’ll be directly responsible for driving delivery, not overseeing it from a distance & driven by outcomes, not activity.
