Currently seeking a Product Researcher who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be involved across the full research process. This role sits within a fast-moving, high-transaction digital environment and offers meaningful opportunities to contribute to product development.

The Product Researcher will play an active role within product squads, planning and running research that helps teams understand user needs and make informed decisions. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to improve digital experiences within a regulated setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver research across discovery, delivery and optimisation
  • Conduct interviews, surveys and usability testing
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Share findings with a range of stakeholders

Experience & qualities:

  • Able to work within regulated or compliance-led environments
