We are seeking an experienced KYC Officer to support the UK KYC Operations team within a leading investment bank. The role focuses on the remediation of overdue KYC for UK clients within the Global Banking business. This is a high-impact contract aimed at significantly reducing the KYC recertification backlog through full end-to-end file ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end KYC recertification for UK clients, taking full ownership of files through to closure
- Support the UK business in the timely remediation of overdue KYC cases
- Work closely with UK Business stakeholders and global Delivery Due Diligence (DDT) teams based in London, Portugal, Spain, and India
- Ensure KYC files meet internal policy, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Act as both maker and checker, providing quality control and challenge where required
- Contribute to backlog reduction targets throughout the contract period
