About the Programme
My client, a global insurance company, are embarking on a major Integration Programme. This multi‑wave initiative will deliver a consolidated M365 tenant, migrate a wide portfolio of applications to Azure, and replace end‑user devices for thousands of colleagues across multiple business units. Alongside the technical delivery, the programme will establish a new support operating model and implement robust SOX‑compliant controls.
My client are seeking an experienced Business Change Consultant to ensure all technology‑driven change is clearly understood, communicated and successfully adopted across the business.
Key Skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering business change within large‑scale IT transformation or M&A integration programmes.
- Strong understanding of end‑user technology change (M365, device refresh, app migration).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all audience levels.
