We are urgently seeking a Change & Communications Manager to join a Global publishing, business intelligence and events group.
Length : 6 months
Location : 2 days in London
We are going through an exciting period of change with a roadmap for the modernisation of legacy services whilst developing new platforms, solutions and techniques that support our business’ digital agenda and diverse customer landscape. We recognise the need for change and have a good understanding of where we need to get to.
Our Change Excellence team is on a mission to setup, launch and drive a distinctive, effective and consistent change management practice across the business and we’re looking for a Change Manager with significant enterprise experience and exceptional communication skills to join us.
Your primary role is to empower colleagues to embrace the changes introduced through strategic initiatives, and driving the adoption of the new processes, tools, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of technology-enabled change projects impacting colleagues across the business, and in the first instance, lead a number of change activities for the simplification of our HR systems.
Qualifications
- Considerable experience of designing and delivering change strategies in technology driven transformation programmes, specifically with Enterprise wide systems.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills – well versed in communicating, presenting, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making approach with evidence of use of clear insights and compelling data sets.
- Ability to show empathy, listen actively and express ideas and facts in a clear and confident manner.
- Ability to influence without authority and report, present, facilitate effectively.
