We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Category & Sourcing Manager to join a high-performing Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving commercial value, innovation, and supplier excellence across a complex and regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Category & Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for strategic sourcing and supplier management within a defined spend area. You’ll lead the development of multi-year category strategies, execute complex sourcing initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver tangible business outcomes.
You’ll also:
- Build and lead category and sourcing strategies using market insights and data.
- Drive cost efficiencies and business benefits aligned to procurement and bank-wide targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring procurement has a seat at the table.
- Lead supplier relationship management to unlock innovation and commercial value.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and risk management activities.
- Deputise for the Category & Sourcing Lead in key meetings.

- Proven experience leading high-value, high-risk sourcing activity in a regulated environment.
