Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our UK & MENA operations and the LMAL entity.
This is a high-impact role, partnering with senior executives to drive performance, strategy, and decision-making across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic financial plans for UK & MENA and LMAL.
Provide financial insight on long-term planning, new initiatives, and market trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and deputise for the CFO when required.
Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
Maintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure adherence to Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks.
