The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Readiness Manager to support a large-scale migration programme. This role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all Business Readiness activities, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for migration events and that robust post-migration warranty support is delivered. Working across multiple business functions and stakeholders, you will ensure readiness activities remain on track, acceptance criteria are maintained, and risks are effectively managed to enable a safe and successful migration outcome for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and management of all Business Readiness activities before and after migration events.
  • Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive readiness and warranty support plans.
  • Coordinate multiple business areas to define, maintain, and update Business Readiness Acceptance Criteria.
  • Facilitate readiness assessments and ensure all business requirements are met ahead of migration.
  • Manage post-migration warranty activities, including governance, issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor progress against readiness milestones.
