Job Description
Business Project Manager/Scrum Master
6 month contract
Coventry – Hybrid working
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to support a fast-paced programme of work within the operations space, covering multiple integration-focused projects. This role involves working across business and technical teams to drive delivery, facilitate Agile practices, and manage stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams
- Engage with stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans
- Support integration projects involving property, technology uplift, and business change
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration
- Use Agile principles to guide planning and execution (Excel/MS Project used)
Must have skills:
- Demonstrable Business Project Management experience
- Experience of being a conduit between IT and business areas
- Experience in Integration projects
- Experience in managing multiple inter-dependent outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master/ Business PM in Agile environments and using Waterfall
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in integration projects or mergers/acquisitions (e.g. financial services, property, tech)
- Familiarity with risk, compliance, and planning methodologies
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to evolving priorities
- Tracking and update projects in MS Excel and MS Project
- Financial services and operations background highly desirable
- Project Manager certifications preferred e.g. Prince2 or APM
