About the Role

We are working with a leading utilities client to recruit a highly experienced Business Change & Engagement Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major IT delivery programme within a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive change and engagement plans in a complex delivery setting.
  • Create, edit, and review communication materials to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across stakeholders.
  • Support IT Delivery Leads in communicating effectively through agreed frameworks, ensuring messages are clear, non-technical, and delivery-focused.
  • Collaborate within a large team of Business Change and Engagement professionals to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in change and engagement planning within complex delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft and align messaging across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Background in IT Delivery environments, with a focus on supporting delivery success through effective communication.
  • Experience working in large, collaborative teams focused on business change and engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
