About the Role
We are working with a leading utilities client to recruit a highly experienced Business Change & Engagement Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major IT delivery programme within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive change and engagement plans in a complex delivery setting.
- Create, edit, and review communication materials to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across stakeholders.
- Support IT Delivery Leads in communicating effectively through agreed frameworks, ensuring messages are clear, non-technical, and delivery-focused.
- Collaborate within a large team of Business Change and Engagement professionals to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience in change and engagement planning within complex delivery environments.
