Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Fulfilment / OMS Sterling product team. This role supports both Retail and Supply Chain functions and partners closely with the Supply Chain and Digital teams.
You will work end‑to‑end across requirements, solution design, testing, and change delivery for key digital fulfilment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an end‑to‑end BA across demand gathering, requirements definition, solution walkthroughs, and test script creation.
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs.
- Work with the Change Analyst team to raise, refine, and manage tickets.
- Support delivery of large-scale digital fulfilment projects.
- Collaborate closely with the EU BA, with potential cross‑regional joint delivery.
- Strong background in Order Management Systems, ideally Sterling OMS (or comparable OMS platforms).
- Experience in omnichannel retail environments.
- Knowledge of fulfilment processes, including store-based and/or warehouse-based fulfilment.
