Lorien are currently working with a leading UK Law firm who are seeking a Business Analyst to support the organisation in the challenge of operational methods and effective use of their current technology stack. Working across various teams across the business, you will look at process mapping across Finance Systems and other Management Systems software, work closely with stakeholders to look at continuous improvement and better processes.
Additionally, you will undertake requirements gathering on new and existing systems as there could be better offerings in the market for systems that would be suitable for the organisation as systems do come to end of life or are retired from certain providers.
Experience:
- Worked in a regulatory/professional services environment
- Strong process improvement, business process and service re-design service
- Understanding of Business Change
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Experience of IT Software - MS Office, SharePoint, Workflow tools, Document automation
- Good written and communication skills
Desired:
- Data Mapping experience
- Understanding of Lean Principles
- Experience of Legal IT Systems - CMS, DMS, PMS, MMSAI Tools
The role is on a hybrid basis with regular meetings and workshops at the Nottingham office. Salary is paying up to £60k with discretionary bonus and other great benefits.
