We are supporting our client with the delivery of a major organisational programme focused on strengthening safety, compliance, governance, and risk management. This strategic initiative will enhance how the organisation meets statutory obligations and manages compliance across a wide range of operational areas.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join this programme on behalf of our public sector client. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, governance groups, and technical specialists to define requirements, shape solutions, and support effective decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and governance boards to capture operational needs and strategic priorities.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation, including functional requirements, process maps, reports, and analysis papers.
  • Support the development of governance frameworks, compliance structures, and prioritisation models.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to align diverse stakeholder groups around common objectives.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and remain aligned to the client's strategic goals.
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst on Health & Safety or compliance‑led programmes.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and regulated delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills suitable for senior leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑level stakeholder engagement.
