We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Lead Business Analyst to join the Change Enablement function within a well-established financial institution. Operating as a trusted partner to programme teams and key business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, defining, and delivering change across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in business analysis and business change to help teams understand requirements, identify pain points, refine processes, and prioritise change approaches. Your insight and leadership will help drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with programme teams and senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Lead the definition and refinement of change initiatives that support strategic and operational goals.
- Identify business pain points, opportunities, and benefits to support effective decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to support process improvements and change prioritisation.
- Collaborate across multiple business units to enable successful change adoption and sustainable outcomes.
- Support operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvement strategies.
- Champion, coach, and mentor Business Analysts and junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the Business Change capability within the division.
- Act as a role model for best practice in business analysis and change enablement.
- Ensure all change documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with organisational frameworks.
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within Change, Transformation, or Change Enablement functions.
- A proven track record of operating as a Lead BA in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in financial services or similarly regulated environments (desirable).
- Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, or developing others within a BA community.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid working environments across London or Leeds.
