We are seeking a skilled and experienced Core Business Analyst to join our team in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of annuities and a proven track record in the life and pensions industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to annuities and life and pensions products.
  • Process Analysis: Analyse and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
