A leading Global Professional Services Company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst (Order to Cash) to support the design and implementation of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) services within a major finance transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in a large-scale, multi-phase transformation, delivering standardised, scalable and user-centric finance processes that improve billing accuracy, optimise cash collection and strengthen revenue control.
You will work closely with Finance leadership, SMEs, technology teams and client stakeholders to design and implement robust O2C processes aligned to a modern ERP architecture, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design and optimisation (customer setup, billing, cash application, credit & collections), ensuring alignment with P2P and Record-to-Report.
- Act as Oracle Fusion Financials SME (AR, Billing/Revenue, Cash Management, Credit & Collections), driving configuration, best practices and translating business needs into functional designs, testing and integrations.
- Support data migration, reporting and integration with upstream/downstream systems, prioritising standard functionality over customisation.
- Contribute to finance transformation and service design, developing scalable O2C processes, operating models and documentation (process maps, SOPs, functional specs).
- Engage stakeholders via workshops, acting as a trusted advisor across finance, operations and technology.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment readiness, training and transition to BAU.
- Strong experience in Order to Cash processes, including billing, receivables and collections.
- Proven track record in finance transformation programmes, shared services, or BPO environments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including Accounts Receivable, Billing and Revenue Management and Cash Management and Collections.
- Experience implementing or optimising Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in large-scale environments.
- Strong expertise in revenue assurance, financial controls and audit/compliance, with proven experience producing high-quality process documentation, functional specifications and SOPs.
- Strong functional design and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, system-enabled solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Collaborative approach across business and technology teams.
- High attention to detail with a focus on controls and accuracy.
