A global software company who provide cutting edge technology to the education sector is currently looking to extend the field service team who are responsible for their modern payment platform. With national growth of accounts they are looking for a motivated candidate to join their business.
Your role will be to visit customer sites, ensuring the maintenance and installation of their kit, which includes software upgrades, hardware installation, cabling and much more. The role is a great opportunity for a Junior who is looking for the opportunity to begin a career in Technology, with progression available becoming a Senior Engineer and leading projects.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of IT systems (Software Installs, Network Connectivity/Microsoft and Windows OS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong customer service orientation to provide timely and efficient support
- Effective communication skills
- Valid UK driving license to travel to various sites
- A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working in educational environments
