This opportunity would suit candidates currently working as an Office Administrator, Operations Assistant, Project Administrator, Client Services Executive, or Coordinator, who are looking to step into a broader role with more responsibility, stakeholder exposure, and ownership. You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and getting stuck into day-to-day operational challenges, particularly in environments where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal processes
    • Assist with scheduling and organisation of key service activities
  • Project & Implementation Support
    • Support the onboarding of new clients and service implementations
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout of services
    • Track progress, actions, and deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, gathering feedback and supporting ongoing service delivery
    • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
    • Attend meetings and ensure actions and follow-ups are tracked and delivered
  • Supplier Coordination
    • Liaise with third-party suppliers and partners to support service delivery
    • Help investigate, track, and resolve operational or service-related issues
    • Ensure communication is clear, timely, and professional
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Produce regular reports using Excel (essential) to track performance and activity
    • Support analysis of data to identify trends, issues, and improvements
    • Contribute to improving processes and ways of working over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (comfortable working with data, tracking, and reporting)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership
  • Strong communication skills - personable, approachable, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

What Makes This Role Stand Out
