6 month contract | Inside IR35 via Umbrella | Bracknell based - Hybrid working

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a large-scale Retail & Productivity transformation programme. This role plays a key part in improving shop productivity, partner safety, and the physical estate, including the rollout of new in-store technologies.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Programme Manager with governance, reporting, and performance management
  • Own RAID, plans, milestones, dependencies, and steering group packs
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly programme reporting, including finance tracking
  • Work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders
  • Manage programme documentation and ensure strong delivery discipline

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong PMO / Programme Management experience in complex environments
  • Experience working within a Retail / Shop environment
  • Solid understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident, organised, and comfortable working at pace
