We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a large-scale Retail & Productivity transformation programme. This role plays a key part in improving shop productivity, partner safety, and the physical estate, including the rollout of new in-store technologies.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Programme Manager with governance, reporting, and performance management
- Own RAID, plans, milestones, dependencies, and steering group packs
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly programme reporting, including finance tracking
- Work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders
- Manage programme documentation and ensure strong delivery discipline
What we’re looking for:
- Strong PMO / Programme Management experience in complex environments
- Experience working within a Retail / Shop environment
- Solid understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident, organised, and comfortable working at pace
